The raw material mixing, storage, and weighing system is installed at the front end of the rock wool production line and is responsible for accurate proportioning and stable feeding of raw materials. Basalt, dolomite, slag, briquettes, and coke are stored separately and automatically weighed and mixed according to the required formula before being conveyed to the melting furnace.
This system mainly consists of multiple raw material storage hoppers, automatic weighing and dosing units, mixing equipment, and a feeding and conveying system, ensuring precise batching, continuous operation, and consistent melt quality for stable fiber production.
