The stacker is installed before the packaging section and is used to automatically stack rock wool panels after cutting. Once the panels reach the required dimensions, they are transferred to the stacker, where they are arranged into stable and uniform packs ready for packaging. The stacker features high stacking speed, a high level of automation, low maintenance requirements, and in-line installation, allowing products to pass through without stacking when required, such as in the case of rolled felt. It can handle different panel widths and lengths without manual adjustment, and the stacking process starts from the bottom using a special fork mechanism. The number of layers and stack height are easily adjustable via the control system.

The packaging machine is the final section of the rock wool production line, where stacked panels are wrapped and prepared for transportation. Packs are automatically wrapped with polyethylene film and thermoshrinked, and can be compressed during packaging to reduce volume and lower transportation costs. After wrapping, the packs may be automatically palletized using an anthropomorphic robot. Depending on customer requirements, the packaging system can also be equipped with stretch film wrapping, extended film wrapping, or hooding machines to complete the final packing process.
