Curing Oven for Rock Wool Production Line
The curing oven is used to polymerize the binder contained in the primary felt by means of hot air, giving the final rock wool product its required density, strength, and shape. A well-designed curing process ensures stable product quality and dimensional accuracy.
The curing oven features an optimized structure aimed at improving maintenance accessibility and enhancing thermal efficiency, effectively reducing overall energy consumption. It is suitable for products with a net width of up to 2500 mm after trimming and a maximum working thickness of 300 mm. With an enlarged maintenance opening between conveyors and optimized airflow design, the oven minimizes material deformation during curing, ensuring consistent tolerances and high-quality finished products.
